Capitolul I \u2013 Considera\u021bii cu caracter general;<br \/>\n1. 1. Contextul legal;<br \/>\n1. 2. Contextul na\u021bional, regional, jude\u021bean \u0219i municipal;<br \/>\n1. 3. Analiza SWOT a conjuncturii social-economice \u0219i sportive a Clubului Sportiv Municipal Pascani, insitu\u021bie public\u0103 \u00een subordinea Consiliului Local<br \/>\nal Municipiului Pascani;<br \/>\n1. 4. Direc\u021bii de \u00eenceput \u0219i de dezvoltare ulterioar\u0103 a activit\u0103\u021bii institu\u021biei din perspectiva situa\u021biei concrete existente \u0219i previzibile pe durata mandatului de 4 ani;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Capitolul II \u2013 Mijloace de realizare a managementului Clubului Sportiv Municipal Pascani, institu\u021bie public\u0103 \u00een subordinea Consiliului Local al Municipiului Pascani;<br \/>\n2. 1. Resursele economice;<br \/>\n2. 2. Resursele umane;<br \/>\n2. 3. Baza material\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Capitolul III \u2013 M\u0103suri \u0219i ac\u021biuni de \u00eenceput \u0219i continuat \u00een vederea atingerii obiectivelor propuse;<\/li>\n<li>\nCapitolul IV \u2013 Planificarea activit\u0103\u021bilor necesare atingerii obiectivelor;<br \/>\nCapitolele III \u0219i IV vor cuprinde obligatoriu o proiec\u021bie fundamental\u0103 a bugetului de venituri \u0219i cheltuieli a Clubului Sportiv Municipal Pascani,institu\u021bie public\u0103 \u00een subordinea Consiliului Local al Municipiului Pascani pentru perioada 2020-2024, \u00een care pot fi incluse strategii, programe,proiecte, m\u0103suri concrete, cuantificabile ce vor fi avute \u00een vedere \u00een perioada de executare a contractului de management.<\/li>\n<li>\nCapitolul V \u2013 M\u0103suri, ac\u021biuni \u0219i obiective ce urmeaz\u0103 a fi \u00eendeplinite;<br \/>\n6. Etica managerial\u0103: Managerul\u00a0 societ\u0103\u0163ii va respecta ROF.
